What “passing” means
The reviewed suites (thyroid, metabolic, kidney) come from the clinical team's acceptance fixtures; the scenarios for the newer engines were written by Biod from their specifications and are marked as such. All of them verify that the software does what its specification says: the right rule fires, the right state is reported, safety alerts appear and prohibited statements never do. They are synthetic. They establish deterministic behavior, not real-world clinical performance, and they do not replace clinical validation on patient data.
The engines run locally. Nothing is sent anywhere.
